By Serenity Salomé hair bundles are available for pre-order only. Shipping can take up to 14 to 16 working days to the By Serenity Salomé hair studio.

When you place an order, you will need to pay the full upfront price of the item.

You may cancel your order or pre-order and get a refund of your payments within 24 hours after purchase.

Processing and Shipping: Processing and shipping to the By Serenity Salomé studio can take up to 14-16 working days.

Shipping and Pick-Up Options: After receiving the e-mail, you can choose the most convenient shipping or pick-up option.

Due to quick processing times, we can only make limited changes after the order is placed. Please review all details before placing your order.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. 

We understand that it is difficult to pick your perfect texture through a computer screen. You can book an online or in-person consultation under "BOOK APPOINTMENT" for advice. 

Only hair extensions that are unworn and in their original packaging will be accepted for exchange within 7 days after delivery. 

No extensions may be changed (this means that they cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way) and all white hair ties and elastics must remain in place and uncut. Hair ties that are broken, disfigured, or missing from extensions—all of these will not be accepted for exchange. A flat-rate processing fee of 8% will be charged on all exchanges.
