DEFINITIONS

Customer: the person with whom By Serenity PRO has entered into an agreement.

Student: the person with whom By Serenity PRO has entered into an agreement.

Parties: By Serenity PRO and customer together.

Consumer: a customer who is also an individual and who acts as a private person.

 

PROVISIONS

- A down payment is required when registering for the course. In the event of cancellation on the part of the student, the deposit will not be returned. All deposits are non-refundable.

- The total costs for the Sew In Weave In - Person Training are €1,450.00. The down payment is €300.

- The total costs for the Wefted Microlink In Person Training are €1,650.00. The down payment is €300.

- The total costs for the Cutting & Styling In Person Training are €650.00. The down payment is €300. 

- The total costs for the Hands On Refresher Microlink In - Person Training are €950.00.
The down payment is €300.

- The total costs for the Hands On Refresher Sew In Weave In - Person Training are €850.00.
The down payment is €300.


- Payment in installments is possible with a down payment of €500, after which the remaining amount is divided into 2 installments. This payment must be made before the training starts.

- Payment of the contribution due per agreed term must be paid in advance before or on each first day of lessons of this term.

- Training fees include 21% VAT.

- The products we recommend to be purchased after the training are at own expense.

- The Wefted Microlink In - Person Training course consists of 2 days including 1 exam.

- The Sew In Weave In - Person Training course consists of 2 days including 1 exam.

- The Cutting & Styling In - Person Training course consists of 1 day. This training does not include an exam and you will only receive a certificate of participation, not of pass/fail.

- The Hands On Refresher Microlink In - Person Training course consists of 1 day. This training does not include an exam and you will only receive a certificate of participation, not of pass/fail.

- The Hands On Refresher Sew In Weave In - Person Training course consists of 1 day. This training does not include an exam and you will only receive a certificate of participation, not of pass/fail.

 

- The training sessions may be moved once free of charge. The second time, 50% of a new down payment must be paid. On the third occasion a completely new deposit will be charged.

- Missed lessons due to illness or other circumstances are at your own risk.

- Lesson times are determined by By Serenity PRO.

- By Serenity PRO is not liable for lost property or possible injuries or accidents that may happen to the student while practicing activities organized by By Serenity PRO.

- The conditions under which the training may not take place are a pandemic, prolonged illness or unavailability of teaching space or no qualified model found.

- Ownership of the course material, including audio and video/photo recordings, belongs to By Serenity PRO (Copyright).

- After completing the training, the student is not allowed to start a business with the following words in their business name for a period of 24 months:

- Salome
- By Salome

- After completing the training, the student is not allowed to literally duplicate marketing material such as flyers, advertisements & social media content from By Serenity PRO & By Serenity Salomé.

- After completing the training, the student is not permitted to literally duplicate the logo, trademarks and company names of By Serenity PRO & By Serenity Salomé.

- After completing the training, the student is not allowed to literally duplicate the salon furnishings such as furniture, decoration and layout of By Serenity PRO & By Serenity Salomé.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

- By Serenity PRO has an adequate complaints procedure that provides for an independent third party established outside By Serenity PRO. This ruling is binding.

- Complaints will be responded to and processed within 4 weeks. If a longer period of time is needed to conduct research, the participant will be notified within 4 weeks and the delay will be explained.

- The judgment of the independent third party is binding for the institute; possible consequences are handled by By Serenity PRO.

- The complaints procedure is public.

- A complaint will always be treated confidentially.

- Complaints and the method of handling are registered and stored in the file
