WHERE DO I BOOK?

You can click the link at the top of the page that says "Book Appointment".

DO I GET AN APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION?

Yes, after every booking there will be a confirmation e-mail sent over to your e-mail adress.

ARE DEPOSITS REFUNDABLE?

No, all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If the appointment is rescheduled on our behalf, your deposit will NOT be lost.

IF I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO BOOK, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You can book an in-person or online consultation through our booking system.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

In your confirmation e-mail you can click on 'cancel appointment' outside the 48 hour grace period. If you want to cancel your appointment within 48 hours upfront, please send us a text message at +31 6 17 46 95 59. If you fail to let us know within 48 hours before your appointment time, you will have to pay 50% of the remaining balance, and to make a new appointment a new deposit is also required.

CAN I BOOK A SQUEEZE IN APPOINTMENT?

Squeeze-ins are available. They require an additional fee of €40,00. Please send a whatsapp message to +31 6 17 46 95 59 for availability.

HOW DO I RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?

In your confirmation e-mail you can click on 'reschedule appointment'. In the event of re-scheduling within the 48-hour grace period or cancellation on your behalf, another deposit will be required. 

DO YOU OFFER STYLING (CUTTING, CURLING ETC.) ON OTHER HAIRSTYLISTS WORK?

Yes, this is possible. Please send a WhatsApp message to +31 6 17 46 95 59 for more information. We need to confirm if the install is (still) of good quality to do so.

DO YOU OFFER MICROLINK TIGHTENING/MOVE-UP ON OTHER HAIRSTYLISTS WORK?

No! But we can book you for a install removal and a new install.

DO YOU OFFER REMOVAL ON OTHER HAIRSTYLISTS WORK?

Yes, this is possible. Please send a WhatsApp message to +31 6 17 46 95 59 for more information. We need to confirm if the install is (still) of good quality to do so.

APPOINTMENTS

IS THERE A LATE POLICY?

10 MINUTES LATE = ADDITIONAL €10,00

15 MINUTES LATE = THE APPOINTMENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELLED.


Some appointments may run out, in this event the stylist has a grace period of 15 minutes as well. 


When it comes to appointments such as ends trimming or styling/add-on services, in-person consultations, you can only be 10 minuteslate otherwise your appointment will be canceled.

HOW LONG DOES MY APPOINTMENT TAKE?

Your appointment time is an estimated time on how long it will roughly take to service you. In some cases it is possible that it takes a bit longer, or that you are done much earlier, please bare this in mind. 

HOW CAN I PAY AT MY APPOINTMENT?

We only accept CASH, no bank transfers please. There aren't a lot of cashpoints close to our location so please keep this in mind. If you want to pay by bank transfer, there will be an additional fee of €20,00.

IS THERE ENOUGH PARKING OUTSIDE OF YOUR LOCATION?

There is NO free parking outside of the location. It can be limited to park sometimes, so please give yourself time to find parking elsewhere so you can still get to your appointment on time. The late policy also applies if you could not find a parking spot in the estimated time.

ARE THERE ANY ROAD CONSTRUCTIONS ON MY WAY TO THE SALON?

Yes, currently there are a couple of road constructions close and on the way to the salon. Keep this in mind. The late policy also applies if you are late because of unknown road constructions.

CAN I BRING EXTRA COMPANY TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Please communicate with us if you want to bring extra company to your appointment. The studio has limited space to hold other people. Send a message to +31 6 17 46 95 59 for more information.

HAIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

HOW LONG SHOULD MY HAIR BE BEFORE BOOKING?

For our services, your hair must be at least 6 inches = 15 cm across your entire head, also for your leave out section if you are installing a weave.

SHOULD I WASH MY HAIR BEFORE COMING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

No. If you book a deluxe package, removal + reintstall package, or a washing add on you don't have to wash your hair before coming to your appointment.

SHOULD I BLOW DRY MY HAIR BEFORE COMING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

No. If you book a normal package, removal + reintstall package, or a combo blow dry package you don't have to blowdry your hair coming to your appointment.

DO YOU OFFER HAIR EXTENSIONS/BUNDLES IN THE SALON?

We do not have hair in stock, but you can pre-order hair under the heading 'Shop' and 'Raw Hair Collection'.

No. We DO NOT work with AMAZON/ALIEXPRESS HAIR/SYNTHETIC HAIR/VIRGIN HAIR/HAIRSHOP/HAIRTOKO/HAARWINKEL/MEGORGEOUS/YARI nor CHEAP/BAD/ QUALITY HAIR. Please keep in mind if you DO come with this type of hair/or hair that is not of quality it is possible that we will deny service.

ARE THERE ANY SPECIFIC THINGS I NEED TO KEEP IN MIND REGARDING EXTENSIONS/BUNDLES?

- Please make sure to also wash your bundles. If this is not possible, please add on the Wash & Drying Bundles Pre Install service.


- We do not work with bundles that are cut into small pieces.


- We only work with RAW HAIR.

I AM NOT FULLY SATISFIED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We have a 24 hour grace period in which you can come back to us with any problems or issues with your hair or appointment and we try our best to rectify this. We do not give out refunds, but we will always look for at a fitted solution for both parties. By Serenity Salomé is constantly working on bettering our service, so feel free to contact us. We welcome all feedback!

REFUND POLICY BYSERENITYHAIR

We prioritize processing and shipping orders quickly, so modifications cannot be made once payment is complete. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene regulations, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchased bundles.

Please note that we do not provide any warranty or guarantee. We are not responsible for any damage to your bundles after purchase, and we will not issue refunds or exchanges in such cases.

Any use of chemicals or hair products is at your own risk, and we cannot be held accountable for any damage caused by such products, whether applied by you or someone else. We strongly recommend testing all hair products before use.

Additionally, we are not liable for any damage resulting from over-bleaching or dyeing. For best results, we advise seeking professional assistance when dyeing your hair extensions.
